Working to get your crew up and running on set is one of the most intense, rewarding and exhilarating experiences of filmmaking. I embrace the concept of servant-leadership to ensure the everyone has what they need to go from first scene to the first screening.
I focus on keeping communication open and staying organized in order to tell a worthwhile story. At the end of it all, I like to look back and admire the footprints taken along the path towards the final product.
